The Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Project invites you to attend its
21st Annual Kristallnacht Program
featuring Historian and Author Tim Snyder, Ph.D.

Dr. Snyder will discuss his award-winning book, Bloodlands: Europe Between Hitler and Stalin. His book details the history of Nazi and Soviet mass killing on the lands between Berlin and Moscow.. Dr. Snyder has received a number of honors, including the Leipzig Prize for European Understanding and the Ralph Waldo Emerson Award in the Humanities.
This program acknowledges Kristallnacht, the event that marked the start of the Holocaust in 1938. Dr. Snyder's presentation will discuss the Holocaust as well as the Ukrainian Genocide otherwise known as the Holodomor. A special poster series on the Holodomor will be on display.
