On Monday, April 18th, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Communications and Network Services will be upgrading MCC’s voicemail system to the latest release. During this upgrade people will not be able to leave voicemails, and you will not be able to access your voicemail box.
This upgrade will bring the college up to the current release of AVST Voicemail software which will help with system stability and feature integration with other college systems. This will not affect the menus or the way you access voicemail currently.
It is highly recommended that you take note of any important voicemails you may have been saving. It is unexpected that there will be any problem with the upgrade, but please take the time to jot down any important information as a precautionary measure. Also, please remove any unnecessary voicemails, as it will lessen the time it takes to complete the upgrade.
