Walking for Fitness


Within the next few days, look for a Walking for Fitness "Pocket Pal" to be delivered to your mailbox or office. Walking is the most common and functional form of exercise. Therefore, the Health & Physical Education Department would like to encourage all MCC faculty and staff to walk as much as possible. Please accept and use this pocket guide as a simple tool to enhance your participation in regular walking for exercise. The journey of good health begins with a single step.
