“Fitness Walking” – AAWCC April Program

What better way to “shake off” those winter blahs than to “Fitness Walk” with your colleagues and put “spring” into your step.  Come join American Association for Women in Community Colleges (AAWCC) members for our April program—“Fitness Walking”. 

April 12th we will meet in the gym at 2:00 p.m.  Karen Cardillo, RN MS, Professor, Health and Physical Education will start us off with a 5 minute “warm-up”, followed by a 15-20 minute walk. Upon returning to the gym, we will “cool down” and stretch followed by a presentation on “Fitness Walking.”

Please wear comfortable clothes, sneakers and bring your own water bottle.  The program should end around 4 p.m.

This program is open to the college community, come join us for a “feel” good about yourself day!
