Tech Tip: Zoom mandatory version updates

Zoom implemented a new minimum version policy back in November 2022. Zoom version 6.2.10 is now available. Version 6.04 is required starting on Feb 1. Check and update your version of Zoom now to avoid having to sit through a forced update when you are trying to login to a Zoom meeting. 

Check for updates:

  1. Click the Zoom icon on your computer to open Zoom.
  2. Login (if needed) through the SSO button.
  3. Click on the profile photo or initials in the upper right corner.
  4. Click 'Check for Updates' on the menu that appears. The update will load.
  5. Click Install to complete the update.
