Curriculum Proposal Timeline for Fall 2010 Semester


Does your academic department have a new course(s) and/or new program that you would like to offer students beginning fall semester 2010? 

Has the department considered removing a course or program from the 2010/2011 Catalog because you have not offered the course on the master schedule for several semesters, or has program demand changed? 

 Is the department in the process of considering changes to a course or program, such as: title, description, number, prerequisite, program requirements, etc? 

If your answer to any of the questions posed is “yes”, then please use the timeline below to guide the development and submission of curriculum proposals to the Curriculum Office for review and approval by the Curriculum Committee to approval by the Academic Vice President or State Education Department.    

February 15th – New Course, Course & Program Revision, Course & Program Deactivation for inclusion or removal from the 2010/2011 Catalog.

March 31st – New Course & Program, Course & Program Revision, Course & Program Deactivation (Effective Fall 2010).
