Passing of Valerie Anne Keller, MCC Retiree

I regretfully inform the college community of the passing of retiree Valerie Ann Keller. Keller died at her home in Virginia at the age of 83.

Keller began working at MCC in 1998. She was a coordinator in the Liberal Arts Division and a project assistant for the Holocaust Genocide Studies project until her retirement in 2004.

Valerie is survived by her daughters, Janine M. Lawton, née Cooper, and Chandra Keller; her son, Paul E. Cooper; her grandchildren, Audrey B. Lawton, Marshall G. S. Lawton, W. Jackson Allen, and Xavier B. Allen; and her sons-in-law Kirke B. Lawton and Warren T. Allen II. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jack L. Keller.
