Over the holiday recess Communications and Network Services will be upgrading our campus phone system. This will include system maintenance and a more recent version of Call Manager, our campus phone switch. Following the upgrades any users in offices using ACD software will automatically receive an updated client. CNS has a procedure for assisting users with any updates or questions and we ask that after the recess you contact HELP (x4357) – Option 2 for assistance with this process. As a reminder we anticipate campus phone systems will be intermittent 7:00 a.m. Friday, December 26 through 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 30. Status of the systems can be monitored by going to https://www.monroecc.edu/go/status.
