Kim Wightman, Food, Hotel, & Tourism Management, gave a presentation of ServSafe, the nationally recognized standard for food safety and sanitation for MCC's Public Service Workshop on Wednesday, November 6. Participants were New York state employees represented by the Public Employees Federation organized by the Office of General Services. Employees in Albany participated in the presentation through videoconference.
