Virtual Campus April Support Hours
The Virtual Campus provides faculty and staff support for Brightspace, Zoom, and Instructional Design assistance. Our support hours for the month of April will be in Zoom. No appointment is needed, just drop in during the designated times using the zoom link below. Bring your questions and our team can assist you.
Week of 3/27 through 3/31:
- Monday: 10am to noon and 1pm to 3pm
- Tuesday: 10am to noon and 1pm to 3pm
- Wednesday: 10am to noon and 1pm to 3pm
- Thursday: 10am to noon and 1pm to 3pm
- Friday: 10am to noon
Week of 4/3 through 4/7: Spring Break
- Monday: No Zoom support
- Tuesday: No Zoom support
- Wednesday: No Zoom support
- Thursday: 10am to noon and 1pm to 3pm
- Friday: 10am to noon
Week of 4/10 through 4/14:
- Monday: 10am to noon and 1pm to 3pm\

A note about course shells for summer/fall: You can expect the summer course shells to be available sometime during the end of spring break week. Fall shells will be available in early May. If you need to get a head start on new fall development, please use one of your existing practice shells or reach out to virtualcampus@monroecc.edu to request additional practice shells. Please reach out to our office if you need assistance with new online/hybrid course development.
