Professor Kathy O'Shea Presents at International Conference on Medical Humanities

On March 12, Professor Kathy O'Shea, English/Philsophy, presented at the International Conference on Medical Humanities. The presentation included a reading and discussion of her recent book, "So Much More Than a Headache: Understanding Migraine Through Literature," published by Kent State University Press. Her panel, Literary License: Symbologies of Illness, included presenters from Kuwait, India, and Boston and focused on illness and literature.
