The Reflections-To-Go food cart has added two new pieces to its daily repertoire of delights.
The first new addition is the "Ultimate Cookie," which is based upon the recipe made famous by renowned New York City eatery Momofuku Milk Bar. This cookie features gooey chocolate chips and marshmallows, surrounded with a delicious cornflake crunch.
The second new addition is one for which we have had numerous requests: the Coconut Macaroon! No introduction is necessary for this cookie, for its chewy, buttery, toasted coconut speaks for itself.
Like most items on the food cart, these cookies are made from scratch by the capable students of MCC's Hospitality Department.
The food cart runs Monday through Thursday 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, and is located in building 9, just upstairs from the "Living Wall".
