How to check your voicemail from off campus

Working from offsite, you have a couple options for checking your voicemail messages. One, is the "traditional", call-in method, the other, using a web client to view and listen to messages through you PC or laptop speakers.

To dial in remotely to a Unity Voicemail box,

  • From outside Monroe Community College, dial "292-8300"
  • When "Cisco Unity Connection Messaging System" answers, press the * key
  • When prompted, enter your ID (extension number), followed by the # key
  • When prompted, enter your PIN (passcode), followed by the # key
  • You are now in the voicemail box

Here is the procedure for you to access your voicemail box via a Web Client. From there, you can choose to listen, save or delete your voicemails:

  • Access https://myvoicemail.monroecc.edu/
  • Proceed past the security warning (if you get one)
  • This should bring up Cisco Personal Communications Assistant
  • Log in with your network credentials (just user name, not full address)
  • When logged in access the Web Inbox
  • Click on a message to listen to, delete, etc.
