Ramon L. Rodriguez, Financial Aid Specialist and Instructor of Transitional Studies presented April 23, 2014, at the 2014 SUNYFAP Conference in East Corning, New York. The title of his presentation was "The P-Code of the Resilient Financial Aid Leader".
The description of the presentation was: "What is that ineffable quality that allows extraordinary leaders to be knocked down by life and come back stronger than ever? How inspirational leaders DO NOT let failure overcome them and drain their resolve? What are the factors that make outstanding leaders, even after a misfortune, able to change course and soldier on? Learn how the P Code of MyRA could strongly connect, vigorously transform and greatly impact your call as a leader". To have a better appreciation of the presentation's topic, see the attached documents.
