STEP AEROBICS
Fun and Fitness

This class offers variety: Step Aerobics for cardio health, an emphasis on strength training for joint health and to increase muscle mass that uses more calories, flexibility training to release tension and increase range of motion, and the class finishes with deep relaxation.

Begins:  Tuesday, September 7, 2004

Days:  Tuesdays and Thursdays

Time:  4:30 to 5:30 PM

Place:  Dance Studio, 10-143
Brighton Campus

No experience necessary. Modification will be given. Start any time.
