I'm at a loss as to a way to be humorous about this! It's too scary.
We are receiving a lot of grade rosters where the bubbled in grade DOES NOT MATCH the letter grade written in the grade column. Frequently it is the difference of a plus or a minus but on several occasions the bubbled grades and letter grades have been totally different.
The scary thing is that we cannot check every grade roster line by line to make sure the grades match, so it is only when we happen to notice this discrepancy that we can alert the professor.
Please make sure your bubbled in grades match the letter grades in the Grade Column. By the time you see the confirmation of grades report and discover the error, grade reports as well as numerous transcripts and applications will have gone out to other colleges with the incorrect grade on them.
