Anne Kirkpatrick's Retirement Celebration

After 16 years of dedicated service at MCC Anne Kirkpatrick is retiring on June 21, 2023. Anne’s last day on campus will be Friday, June 2, 2023.

Anne started her career at MCC’s Damon City Campus in 2007 and was faculty secretary for Academic Services until 2018. Since August 2018 Anne has been the department secretary for Education and Human Services. Anne won the Support Staff Distinguished Award in 2013.

Anne’s kind-hearted gestures will be missed by so many of her colleagues. Her thoughtfulness is truly one of a kind. She never forgets a birthday and says Happy Birthday with a personalized handmade card, detailed to the individual’s personality and interests.   

A retirement celebration will be held on Wednesday, April 26 from 4 to 6pm at the Downtown Campus, 3rd Floor, High Falls A&B. Please plan to stop by, enjoy light refreshments and cake, and to wish Anne the best as she begins the new chapter of her life. Parking will be available in Lot AA. Please note there is a Red Wings game on this day at 6pm.
