Asian Rolls Cooking Class!

The Hospitality Department, AAWCC, and Wellness Council have teamed up to host an Asian Rolls Cooking Class just for you! The class will be held on March 30th from 5:15pm to 6:15pm with an in-person cooking demonstration from the Hospitality Department’s Chef Douglas. Learn how to prepare healthy Sushi Rolls and Vietnamese Spring Rolls. In this hands-on cooking class, you will sample your delicious creations. The class is open to all MCC employees and is free of charge, thanks to the MCC Wellness Council and the AAWCC (American Association for Women in Community Colleges). 

Space is limited! Email Andrea Wolff(awolff@monroecc.edu) to reserve your spot!  (The class will be held in Building 3, Room 140. Participants should wear covered-toed shoes, such as sneakers, for safety in the kitchen.)
