Advisement Keys for Fall 2025

Advisement keys for Fall 2025 are now on student records in Banner.  The following populations will require an advisement key prior to “unlocking” their registration:

  • Health professions (Clinical Lab Tech, Dental, Nursing, Radiological, Surgical)
  • Undeclared students LA01
  • Students with a GPA below 2.0
  • Students with an LAS pathway
  • NM17 and LA18 pathways (Pathways to MCC Programs)
  • AC01 and EP01 program and pathway students
  • Incoming (new, transfer and returning) LSB1, LSB3 and BT01 pathway students
  • All LIB1, LIB2 and LIB3 pathway students

To find an advisement key in B9 Employee Self-Service, go to Faculty Services, Student Information Menu, View Advisement Key.  Make sure you are in the Fall 2025 term.

Students receive their advisement key from their assigned faculty advisor or Student Success Coach.
