Final Grades Reminder

Please enter your grades as soon as you can!

Grades are due on December 28th at noon, but you can enter them as soon as you finish your grading.

Student Academic Standing will be calculated on 1/5/2021. Missing grades negatively impact this calculation and will create significant student distress and manual work for your colleagues.

Missing grades impact students in many ways. They interfere with financial aid, registration, advisement, transcripts, employer reimbursement and graduation certification.

You do not have to delay submitting grades for the entire class while you wait for one student’s work to come in. You can enter grades a few at a time.

Remember to input the last date of attendance for “F” grades regardless of whether the student never attended or took the final and failed the course.

We will be running reports and sending reminders prior to the deadline of December 28th.

Please enter your grades before the deadline! 

If you need help with grade-related questions send an email to R&R(Registration@monroecc.edu). This mailbox is checked constantly throughout the grading period.

Where to enter grades in Banner: 

  • Go to MyMCC (mymcc.monroecc.edu) and select the Employee profile.
  • Login using your MCC email address and your account password.
  • Select the Banner tile. 
  • Select the B8 (Banner) Self Service Tile. 
  • Select the Faculty Services tab.
  • Select Attendance, Withdrawal & Final Grades.
