On Wednesday, September 15, Dr. Rodney Miller of the Disney World Institute will be on campus to present two workshops. The first entitled "Building A Service Organization that Adds Value" focusing on customer service and team building is scheduled for 9:00 a.m.-Noon in the Empire Room of the Flynn Campus Center. The second, entitled "Dealing With Customers Who Are Difficult," is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. in the Empire Room.
