Innovations 2005 - Procedures for Registration

Innovations 2005, sponsored by the League for Innovation, will be held at the Marriott Marquis in New York City on March 6 – 9.  Registration material is available online at "" .  MCC is proud to co-host the conference with Queensborough Community College.

Early registration deadline is February 4.  As a League Board member, MCC’s group registration rate will be $275 (as we will probably have 9–19 participants).  In order to qualify for the group rate, please follow these steps:

1.      Print out the registration form (online registrations are not eligible for group discounts) and after getting departmental approval, submit your Prior Approval Form for Travel & Conference Expenses to the Controller’s Office by January 14.

2.      If you are a presenter, please state the title of your presentation under “Purpose of Travel.”  Presenters are eligible to have the College’s League budget cover $500 of their expenses, and Dr. Salvador, as the College’s League Rep, will initial her approval on your Prior Approval Form.  (You should charge $500 of your expense under “Fund-Org-Account (2)” on the Prior Approval form, using 11001-3116-72102.)  Submit the form to Dr. Salvador prior to January 14.
