The attendance collection for late-starting courses has officially begun. About 125 instructors have been sent directions on how and when to submit attendance for their courses that began later in the term. Your department secretary will distribute the memos.
The majority of the varied length attendance is due on Tuesday, April 1st. There are, however, a few courses that have a census date after 4-1-08 and they have been assigned a later attendance collection due date. All of the detailed information on specific deadlines is available in the hard copy memo.
If you have any questions, please call (292-2243)or e-mail me. We have been very successful in getting 100% of our attendance rosters completed by the financial aid disbursement date. Timely attendance collection means timely and accurate financial aid disbursement. Many of our students enrolled in late-start courses are using these courses to count toward their full-time status with the college. Their full aid is held until you have entered your attendance.
