TCC Book Group: Courage to Learn

This year the TCC has “The Courage to Learn: Honoring the Complexity of Learning for Educators and Students” for our book group. This book was written to pay tribute to the journey of learning. The authors center the conversation on learning by exploring the what, the how, the why, and the who of learning.

If you are interested in joining the discussion around this book, email Ben Schermerhorn (bschermerhorn@monroecc.edu) to be added to the list and get a link to a scheduling survey. On Wednesday, September 27th, I will start compiling schedules to set a date for October and distribute books via the campus mail system.

For anyone interested in checking out the book before committing or wanting to read the book electronically, some wonderful people in the library have helped get an e-book of "The Courage to Learn". You will want to make sure you are logged in through the MCC system to access the book.
