Aid for Part-Time Study (APTS) Grant 2011-2012

The last day to apply for your students to apply for Aid for Part-time Study (APTS) grants for the Spring 2012 semester is Friday, January 27, 2012.

The APTS program is a grant program financed by New York state that provides assistance for eligible part-time students enrolled in approved undergraduate studies. Awards at Monroe Community College range from $100 to $500 per year for part-time enrollment. An APTS award cannot exceed tuition charges.

HOW TO APPLY:
To apply, students must complete an APTS application and submit it along with a copy of their prior year NYS Tax Return to the Monroe Community College Financial Aid Office. Dependent students must also include a copy of their parents’ prior year NYS Tax Return.

APTS Applications can be downloaded at https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/finaid/apts.htm.

The student should complete the application, and return it to the college for processing as early as possible, as funds are limited.
