Please join us for a discussion on the trauma and impact of poverty on our community. Dina Giovanelli, a faculty member of the Anthropology, History, Political Science, and Sociology Department, along with Melanie Funchess, Director of Community Engagement for the Mental Health Association of Rochester, will be leading our discussion. Along with the traumatic effects of poverty, a discussion regarding the potential solutions and actions that can be taken to erase and reduce poverty in our community will occur. Please join us on Monday, November 16 at noon in Room 4151 at the Damon City Campus.
