Over the past four months, members of Cohort II of MCC’s Leadership Academy have been working diligently gathering information and analyzing data to complete their final assignments. On May 7th, they presented their findings and recommendations to President Kress, the vice presidents, and other invited guests. This information will be used as the College moves forward on several key projects.
They then joined senior staff, members of Cohort I, and their supervisors who came to celebrate and congratulate them on the completion of their two-year leadership journey.
