Second Chance to Join the Wellness Council for a Knife Skills Cooking Class!
Due to the rapid filling of the first Knife Skills Cooking Class, the Wellness Council is pleased to present a second offering of the class. If you were unable to register for the first class, you have a second chance to attend on Friday, November 22nd. Seating is limited.

Increase your confidence in home-cooking by learning to handle a chef knife like a pro! Join Chef Evelyn Lannak of the MCC Hospitality Management Department in this hands-on class that will teach you how to handle a chef knife with confidence. At the end of the class, we’ll transform our cut vegetables into a tasty treat (Sweet and Savory Bruschetta).
Come join us on Friday, November 22, 2024 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. in the Hospitality Department kitchen in Building 3 room 140-A. This event is free to all participants, thanks to the Wellness Council. This event is open to all MCC employees.

Email at Andrea Wolff (awolff@monroecc.edu) for additional details or if you have any questions. Seating is limited and is on a first come, first served basis, so be sure to sign up early! (This class is reserved for individuals are not registered for the Nov. 13 offering of the class).
For your safety in the kitchen, please wear covered-toed shoes with non-slip bottoms. Tennis shoes/sneakers are great. Feel free to bring your favorite apron from home!
