Spring 2025 Mindfulness Meditation Sessions Wednesdays at 2:05 on Zoom Begins January 22nd
All are welcome to join the MCC Mindfulness Meditation group in Spring 2025 when their schedules allow. Whether you're interested in starting or continuing a meditation practice, this group supports each other in realizing some of the benefits of meditation, such as reducing stress, gaining perspective, practicing mindfulness, and embracing the pause.
We will meet on Zoom every Wednesday that classes are in session from 2:05 to 2:25 pm. This group is free and open to all MCC students, faculty, staff, administrators, and retirees.
