When was the last time you walked down the middle of Main Street?
Please join the MCC Faculty Association (NYSUT/AFT Local 2842) for the Labor Day Parade on Monday, September 1. The FA will join the Monroe County Federation of Teachers and will march with the Beale Street Bandwagon (a Dixieland band). All MCC faculty and family members who attend will receive t-shirts to commemorate this event.
At 10 a.m., we meet on Strathallan Park (between University and East Avenue opposite the Memorial Art Gallery) to decorate our float. Refreshments will be served.
We march at 11 a.m. and finish around noon.
Parking is available at the Memorial Art Gallery.
