New! Instructor Grade Change Request

The Registration and Records office would like to share some exciting news about a new process and form that is available to improve how faculty submit a grade change.

Where is it? In the myMCC portal: Employee Home tile > Online Forms tile > Registration and Records > Grade Change Request 

A few benefits of the form: 

  • Decreases the back-and-forth emails. 
  • Faculty can add more than one student on the request form. 

For the Fall 2024 grading cycle, faculty can continue using the current method of emailing R&R (registration@monroecc.edu) or can use the new form. 

Beginning in the spring 2025 semester, only the new form will be accepted as an official grade change request.
