The Week Ahead

The office of Student Life & Leadership Development presents the following events for next week (please share with students):

MCC Check-In Day:

  • Tuesday, February 4th, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Brighton Campus Center Atrium

MCC Check-In Day is an event to help students connect to college offices and community resources, while also promoting mental health awareness and suicide prevention through interactive conversation and activities, support of multiple campus departments, free food, and giveaways!

Student Life Fair- Brighton Campus:

  • Wednesday, February 5th, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Brighton Campus Center Atrium and Terrace

Clubs and Organizations will be highlighting the opportunities to get involved. The variety of clubs, whether academic, social or cultural, will enhance your MCC experience. Most of all, it is your opportunity to talk with many of the student leaders, the Office of Student Life & Leadership Development staff and faculty advisors.

Other News:

  • Tax Help on Campus: The Department of Taxation and Finance will be on campus to help students get in person tax help and file for free. Help will be available Monday 2/3 Brighton campus building 11-101. Students must pre-register for an appointment at www.tax.ny.gov/tap/
  • E-Sports Club: On Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday of next week E-Sports Club will be sponsoring a local vendor who will be selling all different goods on campus in the Terrace. Make sure to check it out!
