ETS will be performing system upgrades to our Cisco Call Center and Unity Voicemail servers starting at 7 p.m. on May 30th until 6 a.m. on May 31st.
During this time you may experience outages where you cannot retrieve or leave a voicemail on all campuses. Additionally, callers that attempt to contact student service department lines may get a busy signal instead of the after-hours message.
