Banner Unavailable This Weekend

Banner and its supporting services including any third party product that integrates with Banner, will be unavailable Saturday, May 22 until mid-afternoon for an upgrade of the Oracle database software.  Please plan accordingly.  You are encouraged to login to Banner mid-afternoon on Saturday or anytime Sunday for testing of processing following the upgrade.  

A Teams meeting has been established by SUNY for anyone who wants to be kept up to date regarding progress of the upgrade.  The chat module within this meeting can be used to report any issues found during the testing phase of the weekend, which begins once ITEC provides an all-clear.  The URL is:
