The spring grade rosters have arrived!!
The Registration and Records Office is feverishly packing up the grade rosters to go to the mailroom. This is a two-person, four-hour process. The only thing worse than sending out grade rosters is having to get them all back again. All the grade rosters should be in the department mailboxes by Monday morning.
The on-line grading screen (115) is now activated for all spring 2005 courses. The cycle numbers are:
Brighton- full term courses: 23
Damon- all courses: 33
Varied length/off campus sites: 43
The cycle numbers are also printed on the top left of the grade roster. The due date is 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2005.
Please note that some of the grade rosters have printed with the student names a little skewed off the line. The bubbled in grades will still scan correctly; you just need to make sure you put the bubble across (and a little up) from the student’s name.
If you don’t receive your grade roster(s) by mid week you may obtain a fresh copy of your daily attendance form in R&R and use that to submit your grades. We are not able to duplicate missing grade rosters without disrupting all the courses in the same cycle.
