President Named ATHENA International Award Finalist

Monroe Community College President Dr. DeAnna R. Burt-Nanna was named a finalist for the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce’s ATHENA International Award.

The ATHENA International Award is given annually to a professional female leader who has demonstrated significant achievements in business, community service, and the professional advancement of women. Dr. Burt-Nanna is one of twelve finalists this year.

This internationally recognized award will be presented at a ceremony on Thursday, February 13, at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center. Congratulations to President Dr. Burt-Nanna on this tremendous honor!

Since 1987, the Greater Rochester Chamber, in partnership with its Women’s Council affiliate, has presented the ATHENA Awards, designed to honor and empower Greater Rochester’s female business leaders.
