MCC's Wellness Passport

In Spring 2024, the Wellness Council introduced the Wellness Passport to support employees in their effort to live a healthy lifestyle by providing tools, resources, and programs in their wellness journey.  By participating in at least 5 programs with a minimum of three (3) MCC sponsored Wellness Events and two (2) Preventive Care services, you are eligible to enter the drawing for an opportunity to win a prize. 

What are the prizes? 

Participants will have a chance to win one of the following gift cards (there are a total of 35 gift cards):

  • $100 Wegmans gift card  
  • $100 Dick’s Sporting Goods gift card
  • $100 Whole Foods gift card
  • $50 Wegmans gift card   
  • $50 Dick’s Sporting Goods gift card
  • $50 Whole Foods gift card

Forms to submit?

Complete the Wellness Program & Preventative Care sheets found in the Wellness Passport.

Deadline to submit for the drawing:  Friday, June 14, 2024

Where to submit?

Drop off your completed Wellness Program & Preventative Care sheets to:

  • Wellness Council Mailbox in 1-107, Brighton Campus employee mailroom, or
  • Scan in the pages and email them to MCCWellness@monroecc.edu

Lastly, the You Grow Girl Wellness Council sponsored event is this Thursday, June 13th should you need to add another event to your Wellness Program and Preventative Care sheets.

The Wellness Council is pleased to have been able to bring the Wellness Passport to life this academic year along with the programs and prizes.  We look forward in continuing to provide resources and programs in the upcoming year!
