Passing of Samuel J. Raimondo, Sr., father of Dan Raimondo

It is with sadness I share the news that Samuel J. Raimondo, Sr., father of Dan Raimondo, Director, Campus Events, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. Funeral Services were held on Monday, August 26 from 4-8pm at Lombardo Funeral Home (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. (near Eggert/Sheridan Dr.). Prayers will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 27 at 8:30am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 27 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Amelia Church, 2999 Eggert Rd., Tonawanda, NY. Interment with military honors at Mt. Olivet Cemetary. Samuel was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps. View his obituary on the funeral home website. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Buffalo Foundation, P.O.
