Get Ready for Open Enrollment!
This year’s College Open Enrollment will be an active one. In other words, all full-time benefit eligible staff will need to formally enroll or decline benefits.
The College is going live with the Lawley PowerConnect benefits administration system by PlanSource and you will need to perform the one-time entry of your information (and that of your dependents, if applicable). This process will not be necessary in the future.
The benefits administration system uses single sign-on (SSO) which means you will be able to access the system without further login credentials after your initial myMCC sign on.
Full-time benefit-eligible staff will have to access the Lawley PowerConnect benefits administration system by PlanSource starting November 13th. To kick off Open Enrollment, you will receive an email on Wednesday morning from ‘Lawley Benefits’ (benefits@lawleyinsurance.com) with the Subject Line, "Monroe Community College: Your Open Enrollment has Begun!"
Open Enrollment period: November 13th through November 30th
From the system:
- Each benefit will be listed individually with your employee cost shares
- Access to each benefit summary during the enrollment process
- Your Benefit Guides will be available on your main screen as you enter the benefit system
The College is ready to support you during this exciting Open Enrollment!
- An FAQ (Frequent Asked Questions) (PDF) document is available
- College-wide informational presentation sessions have been scheduled
- Benefits Enrollment Worksheet (PDF) has been created so you can identify your benefits & gather the proper information prior to making your benefit elections
- 1:1 benefit assistance is available; MCC’s Human Resources team is ready to help!
