Summer Session II Begins July 11, All College Day is August 24 + Fall Semester Dates to Know

Please keep in mind the following dates:

  • Monday, July 11: Summer Session II classes begin
  • Wednesday, August 24: All College Day, the official kickoff of the 2022-2023 academic year
  • Monday, August 29:  Fall semester classes begin
  • Monday, September 5: MCC closed in observance of Labor Day
  • Tuesday, September 6: MCC open but no classes will be held
  • Monday, September 19: 60th anniversary of the first day MCC opened its doors to students (celebratory events to be announced soon)
  • Thursday, September 22:  Inauguration of MCC’s Sixth President Dr. DeAnna R. Burt-Nanna; installation ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the Stabins Physical Education Complex
  • Friday, November 11: Veterans Day – MCC open and classes in session
