Open Enrollment - 4 Days Left - All Full-Time Employees Must Act this Year!
Don’t let procrastination get in the way of your well-deserved time off this Thanksgiving holiday weekend. All full-time employees must enter the new electronic benefits administration system and make the one-time entry of their information. You will need to elect or formally decline coverage for 2025.
Deadline: Saturday, November 30th – no grace period is available due to the December/January Payroll cycle
How do I access the new Benefits Administration System?
The benefits administration system is found under the myMCC tile system:

Information on all benefits can be found in the benefits administration system.
Where Can I go for Assistance?
You may seek assistance by emailing the Human Resources Office (mcchrbenefits@monroecc.edu), calling (585) 292-2048 or visiting the Human Resources Office in-person this week during College hours for assistance.
What Can College Employees and Supervisors do?
Everyone’s efforts yesterday to remind and assist employees was notable! The College now has less than 12% that have not started the process! We’re almost there and Human Resources wishes to thank you for your continued support in getting our colleagues through this process.
