What is a business analyst? A business analyst will review processes for improvements, identify and articulate the need for changes, facilitate the changes, and define goals and requirements for projects. Why does MCC need a business analyst? The business analyst can bring that knowledge to each department and suggest process changes for efficiency and try to eliminate silos of information and duplicate data entry at as many points in the system as possible.
