Populism and Globalization: How International Factors Shape Our Domestic Politics

Nayda Pares-Kane, Ph.D. (Sociology), and Joe Scanlon, Ph.D. (Political Science) will discuss the concept of populism in the context of current American politics. The presentation will discuss the definition of populism, when the label applies, and the global factors that help give life to America's current populist movement.
