Wear black and gold tomorrow, October 5 and show your MCC spirit! Our Homecoming weekend celebration begins on Friday, October 5, with an MCC Faculty vs. Students Basketball Game at 12 noon! Cheer on your favorite faculty members and our student-athletes as they compete on Monagan Court. Come out and root for your favorite player!
Immediately after the game, at 1 p.m., alumni who are employed at MCC are invited to stay for a group photo.
Tomorrow evening the MCC Sports Hall of Fame Banquet will take place at 6 p.m. in Monroe A/B of the Warshof Conference Center. Established in 1984, the MCC Sports Hall of Fame honors individuals who have made outstanding contributions to MCC’s athletic program. Induction into the hall of fame is among the highest honors the college bestows. Join the MCC family in applauding the success of this year’s inductees to the MCC Sports Hall of Fame: David Smith ’75, baseball; Jefferson Dargout ’02, men’s soccer and tennis; Doug Brown, ’67, contributor and former director of the MCC Campus Center; Erynn (Clapp) Banks ’04, women’s basketball.
