Middle States Moment: What is the Steering Committee?
Behind every strong Self-Study is a strong Steering Committee, and MCC is no exception. Our 19-member Steering Committee leads the charge in ensuring that the Self-Study process reflects the Middle States standards, aligns with Vision2027, and centers the voices of our entire college community. The Steering Committee includes members of the MSCHE Leadership Team, Co-Chairs of the seven Working Groups, and ex-officio representatives from the Library and Institutional Research.
Their responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the work of the seven Standards Working Groups, including evidence collection and the creation of the Evidence Inventory
- Providing leadership and guidance to the Working Groups, monitoring timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met
- Contributing to, reviewing, and developing periodic reports, drafts, and the final Self-Study Report
We appreciate the leadership and dedication of our Steering Committee members. To learn more about the Steering Committee, please visit the Middle States webpage.
Stay tuned to learn more about the newly expanded MSCHE Leadership Team in our next Middle States Moment!
