The Tutoring and Academic Assistance Center Invites All to the Fall 2024 Tutoring Symposium Friday August 23

Dear esteemed faculty and administration,

The Tutoring and Academic Assistant Center (TAAC) staff are excited to invite you to our upcoming Fall 2024 Tutoring Symposium, a day dedicated to enhancing our skills, sharing resources, and fostering a collaborative environment to better support our students, faculty, and staff.

  • Time: 8am to 5pm
  • Location: MCC Downtown Campus, High Falls A/B

We are thrilled to announce that our keynote speaker will be Dustin Stalnaker, Assistant Director of Student Success at Finger Lakes Community College. Dustin's insights and expertise in student success will undoubtedly inspire and inform our practices.

Throughout the training, we will have the privilege of hearing from various departments at Monroe Community College, who will be presenting valuable resources available to our students. This will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about the support systems in place and how we can effectively guide our students to utilize these resources.

To ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we will be providing breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages throughout the Symposium.
