Middle States Moment: What Are the Working Groups?
As part of MCC’s Self-Study, seven Working Groups, each aligned with one of the 7 Standards for Accreditation, are leading the charge to share our institutional story. Each group includes faculty, staff, and administrators from across the College, ensuring diverse voices and perspectives. Each Working Group is responsible for drafting a chapter of the Self-Study that addresses research questions, evaluates how MCC meets each standard, and identifies strengths and challenges. Their work includes:
- Analyzing evidence like policies, data, and feedback
- Asking thoughtful questions to guide inquiry
- Participating in interviews, focus groups, and surveys
- Keeping materials organized and accessible
- Reviewing findings through the lens of Vision2027 and our Mission
Special thanks to our Working Group members for the time, care, and campus-wide perspective they bring to this important work! To learn more about the members of the working groups, please visit the Middle States webpage.
