MCC’s Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP), which serves at-risk youth in grades 7-12, completed a very educational and fun-filled four week summer program. Four “camps” were offered: sports, money management, computer skills and job readiness/career exploration. We finished with a tour of MCC’s Brighton Campus on August 3rd. Many thanks to the following MCC faculty for making the program successful: Skip Bailey, Tracey Britton, and Jerry Burns from the Athletic Department; Mary Hallett from Instructional Technologies; Bert Gamory form the Engineering Science and Physics Department; and John Striebich and Sherry Tshibangu from the Business Administration Department.
