Town Hall on SUNY's Climate & Sustainability Action Plan

MCC’s Sustainability Steering Committee is excited to invite you to a Town Hall on SUNY’s Climate & Sustainability Action Plan led by Carter Strickland, SUNY Chief Sustainability Officer and Executive Director of Climate Action, on Thursday, October 17, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm in the Brighton Room (3-217) in the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center. The plan addresses the global challenges of climate change and sets out specific goals and actions on education, research, workforce development, and decarbonization of SUNY facilities, fleet, purchases, and operations.

The event is open to faculty, staff, and students. Audience reaction to the plan will be sought. For those unable to attend in person, please join the Town Hall on SUNY’s Climate & Sustainability Action Plan livestream (YouTube).
