TimelyCare 24/7 Virtual Health & Wellness Services

MCC partnered with TimelyCare to deliver virtual health and wellness services to students registered for credit classes. TimelyCare provides 24/7/365 access to virtual medical care from anywhere in the United States at no cost to eligible students. 

TimelyCare services

  • MedicalNow: Unlimited, 24/7, on-demand medical support for common health issues.
  • Scheduled Medical Care: Schedule appointments and seek treatment for over 120 common issues, including allergies, cold, flu, dermatology, sexual health-related needs, etc.
  • Self-Care Journeys: 24/7 access to evidence-based tools and techniques, such as meditation and yoga sessions, helpful videos, and short articles to help navigate through various health and wellness challenges.

Eligible students can access services through the myMCC portal (Campus Resources > Health and Wellness > TimelyCare) or can download the TimelyCare app and login using their MCC student email address.
